You may be eligible

Your answers indicate that you may be able to take part in the SCALA Study. This does not mean you are guaranteed to join the SCALA Study. There are other study criteria that must be met, which the study team will discuss with you. It may be possible that you cannot join the study after you have been assessed at the study center in person. Please contact your nearest study center to talk with a member of the study team about next steps.

Thank you for your interest in this study and for completing the checklist. At this time, your answers do not meet the entry requirements for the SCALA Study. If you’d like to learn more about potential other treatment options, contact your regular doctor to speak about how best to manage your COPD.
